As of January 30, 2026 the project has been awarded. Sequoyah Co RWD No. 7 1100 Road Water Storage Tanks The scope of work consists of constructing a new 240,000 gallon standpipe water storage tank, rehabilitating an existing 220,000 gallon standpipe water storage tank, and providing all appurtenances required for these tanks. Bidders must purchase plans and specifications from Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. either directly for paper plans and specifications or through the website for download, and must be on the plan holders list at Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. in order to submit a bid. Question Deadline 12/12/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Contract documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing no later than four days prior to the time set for receipt of bids.
