Demolition for a water / sewer project in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water tank for rehabilitation.
The work consists of demolition of the Ridge Road standpipe. Bids shall be sealed and addressed to the Village Clerk, Village of Ashwaubenon, including the name and address of the Bidder and the contract for which the Bid is being submitted on the outside of the envelope. All bidders shall bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER / ARCHITECT in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than 5-days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
