Gouverneur Industrial Park Building Project The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency Local Development Corporation (SLCIDA-LDC) is seeking proposals for Design-Build Services for the Gouverneur Industrial Park Building Project at 166 Factory Street, Gouverneur, New York. The project consists of the new construction of a 16,000 square foot facility with a fully built-out open area, a small office, and a restroom. Line-item bids are required in accordance with Request for Proposals.
