Bidders may submit bids for the project consisting of an approximately 1062 square foot building addition to the administrative building at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1730 Moxahala Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio. The project cost range is anticipated to be under $590,000. Bids will be received for a General Contract - Single Prime (all trades). Bidders are required to furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Surety in Bond form must be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Printed and digital procurement and contracting documents are available, with printed sets costing $50 and digital access free of charge. Successful bidder shall begin work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work within the contract time.
