Owner instruction - Bidders must be advised to email us with their contact information separately obtaining bid documents. consisting of milling (pavement planing) and resurfacing of approximately 310,241.15 square feet of existing pavement to complete the work within the Licking View neighborhood. Of that amount, 59,328.97 square feet will be milled/resurfaced on behalf of Falls Township. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Specifications and Forms of Bid Guaranty Bond, may be examined at the following: 1. Muskingum County Engineer's Office 109 Graham Street Zanesville, OH 43701 740-455-0155 Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $738,683.50. The project has an expected duration of 40 days to Substantial Completion and 60 days to Final Completion. A Pre-Bid Conference for the Project will NOT be held. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all Bids. Each Bidder must submit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction for Bidders. All work done under this contract shall be subject to all Federal Davis Bacon Wage rates and rules. The current negotiated goals for construction related activities are 1.3% of all contracts to MBE's and 1.0% of all contracts to WBE's
