Work includes furnishing and installing backflow prevention equipment. The bidder will be required to make good any damage to the premises, piping, property, or structures resulting from the work performed. Upon completion, the site must be restored to its original condition or better. All work must be performed in accordance with relevant codes and regulations. Bidders must furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to complete the work. Failure to visit the site will not relieve the bidder of responsibility to perform the work as specified. Bidders are instructed to examine the site and contract documents, and to include in their bids any work necessary to fully complete the project as specified. No claim for extra payment will be allowed for work that could have been reasonably inferred from the site visit or contract documents.
