Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in LaFollette, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids are requested for a 500,000 gallon water storage tank, including all site grading, electrical, and appurtenances for Victory Road. Each bidder must deposit with their bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the State of Tennessee and be qualified for the type of construction being bid. Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, material, and/or supply needs. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Question Deadline 12/05/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Robert G. Campbell at rcampbell@rgc-a.com and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The work of this contract consists of construction of a ground-level 500,000-gallon glass-fused-to-steel water storage tank with appurtenances, concrete floor for tank, gravel, site piping, electrical, and 7' high perimeter security fence.
