The facility is a two-story office building, with the OLCC occupying the first floor, totaling 700 sq. ft. The scope of work includes weekly tasks for the office area as follows: disinfecting all listed areas with a sanitizing product; emptying common area trash and recycling bins and disposing of all trash in outside receptacles; sweeping and mopping all hard surface floors with a sanitizing product; vacuuming entry mats in traffic areas; cleaning and disinfecting all door handles, knobs, and light switches; and keeping the custodial closet(s) stocked and cleaned. Any reference to brand names in the specifications is descriptive, not restrictive; alternate bids on products that meet or exceed indicated products are considered. Vendors must clearly mark alternate proposals. The agency will solely determine if a product offered is 'equal.' All pricing must be held firm for 30 days. Quotes are to be returned by the specified deadline via the state eprocurement system or email.
