Bids must be submitted in hard copy, clearly marked Sealed Bid Enclosed, to Delmarva Central Railroad Company at Bldg 1 Suite 100, 519 Cedar Way, Oakmont PA 15139. The bid opening will be conducted via a Microsoft Teams conference line. This project requires adherence to Prevailing Wage Rate regulations.
