Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Oakmont, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work for contract no. 25-pk1 includes the installation of a new decorative 12' long aluminium double gate and removal and replacement of approximately 200' of 8' chain link vinyl coated fence and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. The project is being financed in part by the cfa - local share account grant contract. Bidder must agree to comply with all requirements associated with the grant. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid made payable to the borough of oakmont to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans specifications or any applicable statutes of the state of pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. The borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
