Question Deadline 12/19/2025 at 5:00 PM PT A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Inspection will not be held for this RFQ. This site is publicly accessible and may be visited at your discretion, no prior approval will be required. NSU reserved the right to request a Pre-Proposal Meeting or Site Inspection at a later date. Nevada State University ("NSU") is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide professional services in the design of an armored channel/berm system, associated drainage facilities, and a mass grading plan. The improvements will provide 100-year storm event flood protection for the entire campus and prepare the site for future development. NSU has received a federal sub award from the City of Henderson to support the construction of a channel/berm to allow for future development of the NSU campus. The sub award will only fund a portion of the project. As such, in addition to berm/channel architecture/engineering, NSU is seeking a mass grading plan which includes identification of on-site mineral rights (e.g., soil, gravel, rock) suitable for commercial extraction during the grading process. Proceeds from the extraction will fund the construction of the channel/berm. Any Proposer may request withdrawal of a Proposal prior to the scheduled Opening Date provided the request for withdrawal is submitted to NSU Purchasing in writing, or the Proposer presents themselves in person with proper identification to NSU Purchasing and verbally requests the Proposal be withdrawn and signs for its receipt. NSU reserves the right to award on a multi-year basis and, if in the best interest of NSU, to award to multiple Contractors. The initial term of the Contract will be the lesser of five (5) years, completion of the Project or termination of the Project The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
