Sealed bids are requested for the demolition of a single-family residential house No. 2025-03 in the Town of Irondequoit, Monroe County, New York. Bidders must follow the prepared plans and specifications. Bids should be sealed, clearly marked with the word "BID" and the item description, and accompanied by a signed and sealed certificate of non-collusion. Proposal forms and specifications may be obtained from the Office of Community Development. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, or award to other than the low bidder. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (D.B.E.) are encouraged to submit bids.
