Renovation of a multi-residential development in Forrest City, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A. New flooring, interior painting, lowering of existing ceilings with electrical and mechanical. B. Contractor shall include in his bid all materials and labor for a complete and whole job. Question Deadline 12/11/2025 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. A bid Guarantee in an amount equal to (5) percent of the bid. The Bid Guarantee can be in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the PHA; or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds in the amount of 100percent of the Contract Bid for contracts that exceed $20,000.00. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
