Sealed bids are being accepted for the Burn Unit at Grobmyer by the Forrest City Housing Authority. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on provided forms, in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, contract job number, and bid opening details. Bidders must possess an Arkansas Contractors License and meet requirements as outlined in Specification Section 00151, Page 1, Item 1. Successful bidders must supply a 100 percent Performance and Payment Bond for contracts exceeding $25,000. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening without the consent of the Housing Authority. A prebid conference and walk through are strongly recommended for all contractors.
