The project scope includes property wide window replacement across 10 buildings, select balcony repairs at Buildings 2, 5, and 8, targeted sealant repairs at balcony edges, new stucco bands around replacement windows, new foundation slab surface repairs below weep screeds, a new perimeter concrete mow strip, new balcony/patio screen enclosure drain installation, miscellaneous sealing and painting, stucco cold joint crack repairs, rough grading, and sod. Bids must be submitted on the proposal forms provided in the bid documents, signed by a legal officer of the company, and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, project name, and due date/time. Failure to comply may result in the bid being considered non-responsive.
