Sealed proposals are requested for the 881 West Jericho Turnpike Water Main Extension. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled with Bid #25-105 - 881 West Jericho Turnpike Water Main. Each bid requires a certified check or a bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid price as assurance for contract execution if awarded. Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate and Disclosure Statements are required to accompany each bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and all bid packages must be submitted intact without removing any pages. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
