Specialty contractors are being sought for: select demolition, earthwork, site concrete, landscaping, reinforcing steel, concrete flatwork, masonry, structural steel & deck, miscellaneous metals, steel erection, expansion joints, carpentry & general trades, finish carpentry, millwork, limited insulation work, metal roofing & wall panels, membrane roofing, sealants, hollow metal doors & hardware, wood doors, overhead doors, metal windows, hardware, aluminum glass & glazing, fireproofing, drywall & related interior trades, acoustic specialties, resilient & carpet, athletic flooring, special coatings, painting & wallcovering, tackboards/markerboards, partitions, signage, lockers, projection screens, athletic equipment, manufactured casework, window treatments, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, insulation, sheet metal, testing & balancing, temperature controls, building electrical, security system, technology, and data & video cabling. Prevailing wages do not apply to this project. Payment and performance bonds are required. Bid documents will be available for electronic download through SmartBid.
