Sealed bids are invited for the CUY SRTS FY 2026 Brecksville Improvement Project (PID 120129) Oakes Road Sidewalks. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids. Pre-qualification status must be maintained at the time of bid, award, and through the contract. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee amounting to 10% of the bid, in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the City of Brecksville. The project is federally assisted and subject to federal laws and requirements, including compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act for Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) with Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions, and Federal and State of Ohio Equal Opportunity Employment Opportunity Requirements. Products used must be produced in the United States per applicable laws. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, accept bids most favorable to the city, disregard nonconforming or incomplete bids, and conduct investigations to determine the qualification and responsibility of the contractor or sub-contractor for completion of the work.
