The Cuyahoga Valley Career Center is seeking statements of qualifications from construction managers at risk for a renovation of instructional lab space and related work. Requirements are stated below. Services to include: 1. Review of existing conditions. 2. Evaluation of critical building components within the School. Components include building envelope, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology systems for the renovation portion of the project. 3. Development of physical plant recommendations including improvements to systems described above to meet current educational and building code standards for the renovation portion and new lab spaces. 4. Preparation of construction estimates. 5. Evaluation of constructability of facilities. 6. Assist in media relations and creating presentation materials. 7. Development of bidding strategy to minimize costs and deliver a quality project. 8. Construct renovations and addition pursuant to the plans and specifications developed by GPD Group.
