**As of March 6th, this project has been awarded to Willham Roofing for $2,024,120. ** Sealed bids are requested for the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center 2026 Area 7 Roof Replacement Project. Bidders are to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, machinery, and appliances for the project. Bids must be submitted on provided forms in accordance with the plans and specifications, which can be obtained for a non-refundable fee. All bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting to submit compliant proposals. Bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project and must include the full name of every person or company interested, the price for labor and materials, and a Bid Guaranty or 10% cash equivalency as required by law. Bidders must ensure nondiscrimination in employment. No bids can be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, or accept another proposal if it is in their best interest. A penalty may be applied for work not completed by the specified completion date unless an extension is granted by the Owner.
