Renovation of an educational facility in Brecksville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
the furnishing of material, labor, equipment, permits, services, and incidentals necessary for the following project: Bid #1: Rooftop HVAC Unit Replacement Project. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Surety Bond, drawn on a solvent bank or bonding company satisfactory to the Treasurer, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. Said Certified Check or Cashier's Check shall be in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid. Where a bid bond is used, it shall be in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid. This project is exempt from State of Ohio Sales Tax. Exemption forms will be issued by CVCC upon request. Cuyahoga Valley Career Center reserves the right to accept or reject any or all parts of any bids, to waive any informality in the bids received, and to select the lowest, most responsible, most responsive bid which is in the best interest of Cuyahoga Valley Career Center. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The attention of the bidders is called to the statutory requirements of the State of Ohio relating to the licensing of corporations organized under the laws of any other State and the Equal Opportunity Employment Regulations.
