Contractors shall be responsible for any licenses or permits required by the regulatory agency of the State of Arizona that apply to the performance of this contract. The City of Globe reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bids, or to waive any informality in any bid, or to withhold the award if deemed in the best interest of the City of Globe. All questions related to this Invitation for Bid shall be directed in writing via email to bids@globeaz.gov. 1st Round of Questions: Due no later than Wednesday, April 1, 2026 @ 4:00 PM (AZ Time). Responses will be issued by Friday, April 3, 2026, through an Addendum. 2nd Round of Questions: Due no later than Wednesday, April 15, 2026 @ 4:00 PM (AZ Time). Responses will be issued by Friday, April 17, 2026, through an Addendum. Award is subject to final approval.
