The New Welcome Center for the Village of Elkhart Lake is a 2,198 Sf Facility That Will Include a New Visitor/tourist Lobby Area, a Conference Room, Staff Offices, Staff Toilet and Break Area, Mechanical Room and Toilets for Adjacent Park Use, Accessed From the Exterior and Adjacent Plaza to Be Used for Public Events. This is Only a Solicitation for Flooring, The Work Includes Providing Approximately 200 Square Feet of Epoxy Resin Flooring and Approximately 440 Square Feet of Epoxy Terrazzo Flooring Work at the New Welcome Center for the Village of Elkhart Lake. The Work Includes Epoxy Resin Flooring at 2 Exterior Accessed Toilet Rooms and One Exterior Accessed Storage Room. The Epoxy Terrazzo Flooring Work Will Be Located Within the New Lobby Space and Includes a Terrazzo Representation of the Lake in Elkhart Lake. The "Lake" Includes Changes in Lake Depth Through Multiple Gradations in Terrazzo Color. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Total, Made Payable to Village of Elkhart Lake, as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract if Awarded.
