Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As per December 26, project is awarded to Advance Construction Inc. for the amount of $1,481,566.41.** The project is located along the east side of STH 67 from approximately 150 feet south of Osthoff Street to Badger Road. The project also includes the proposed public roadway and utility extension of Leonard's Way. An estimated amount of the major work items for the above contract includes: 4,200 cubic yards of common excavation, 1,215 cubic yards of borrow, 5,390 tons of crushed aggregate base course, 1,145 linear feet of PVC watermain, 1,105 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, 1,051 linear feet of storm sewer, 5,720 linear feet of curb and gutter, 20,360 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 1,475 tons of HMA pavement and 12,910 square yards of landscape restoration.
