Sheboygan County Planning & Resources Department Request for Bids Hydraulically Operated Crest Gate for River Dam The Sheboygan County Planning & Resources Department is soliciting sealed bids for the provision and delivery to the site of a Hydraulically Operated River Dam Crest Gate for installation by others at the Sheboygan County Marsh Park, Elkhart Lake WI. Installation of the equipment will be by others. ll bids received must remain in effect for not less than (60) Days beyond the due date. In addition, bidders are required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashiers check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. This will provide assurance that the bidder will follow through to the execution of a contract between the parties. Sheboygan County reserves the right to reject any bid, cancel this solicitation, waive any informality in the bid process and award the bid deemed most advantageous to Sheboygan Count
