Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the removal of existing non-ADA compliant curb ramps and replacement with new PennDOT ADA compliant curb ramps at multiple locations within the Borough of Sharpsburg. Specifications and proposal forms are available from the North Hills Council of Governments (NHCOG) for a nonrefundable fee. Specifications may be picked up or mailed for a set fee, payable in advance, with checks made out to NHCOG. Documents will not be distributed within 24 hours of the scheduled bid receipt time. Sealed bids must be submitted to the NHCOG office by the stated deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check made payable to NHCOG in an amount no less than 10% of the bid. Cash will not be accepted. The NHCOG reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities.
