Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of new ADA concrete sidewalk in Emmerling Park off of Cove Run Road. Specifications and proposal forms are available from the North Hills Council of Governments (NHCOG) for the project. A nonrefundable fee is charged for each set of specifications: $60 for pick-up or $70 if mailing is requested, payable in advance by check to the North Hills Council of Governments. Specifications may not be distributed within 24 hours of the bid receipt deadline. Sealed bids are to be delivered to the NHCOG office at 300 Wetzel Road, Suite 201, Glenshaw, PA 15116 by 11:00am on the scheduled bid opening date. All bid proposals will be opened and read at that time at the NHCOG office. The NHCOG reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informalities. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check, payable without condition to the North Hills Council of Governments in an amount no less than 10% of the bid. Cash will not be accepted.
