In the case of all the above listed CD projects, NHCOG shall Act as Agent for each respective municipality. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or a Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the NHCOG in an amount no less than 10% of the bid. Cash will not be accepted.
