Site work and new construction of a medical facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Provide all labor and materials to renovate the existing nuclear medicine space, in a 3-sequenced approach: Sequence 1: Construct a new temporary hot lab. Sequence 2: Demolish existing spaces and construct a new hot lab, receiving/anteroom, two dose rooms, treadmill room, and associated work areas. Sequence 3: Convert the temporary hot lab into a workroom. The Contractor's scope of work will include, but not be limited to, abatement and demolition, mechanical including environmental controls, electrical - including all low voltage (controls/card readers/nurse call/overhead paging/fire alarm cabling/etc.), plumbing, procurement and installation of fire alarm devices, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, ceilings, structural supports, lead shielding, doors and hardware, casework, equipment anchorage, and signage. Provide roof work including abatement and roof replacement. Maintain the BIM model through construction and update as required for the UCSF Facilities BIM model. Fire sprinkler to be performed by the University. Procurement of lead lined cabinets to be by the University. See specifications and drawings for full scope of work.
