Bidders shall be certified MICRO-LBE and perform at least 25% of the Contract Work Bid security in the form of a corporate surety bond or an irrevocable letter of credit (or certified check if required bid security is $15,000 or less) for ten percent (10%) of the amount bid must accompany each bid.
