The scope of work may include repair,alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition andconstruction of infrastructure, rights-of-way, retaining walls, parks,playgrounds, medians and other similar works, structures, or other real property. The Contract Term may be extended up to 5 years to complete the work of issued Task Orders, but no new Task Orders will be issued after the first 4 years. The Maximum Contract Value is $5,000,000 with a guarantee to receive opportunity to perform a minimum of $50,000 worth of Task Order(s) to be issued during the Contract Term. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
