San Francisco Public Works, City and County of San Francisco, intends to award contracts to at least three responsive, responsible, and qualified contractors to form a prequalified pool to provide Environmental Contracting Services on an as-needed basis. Qualified Environmental Contractors will perform work supporting construction-related tasks in areas where contamination, environmental, or public health and safety issues are of concern. Work involves hazardous materials and waste handling and/or work in and around potentially hazardous or environmentally sensitive areas. The outcome of this process will be a Master Agreement with each selected company or team. Each contract will have a three-year term and a not-to-exceed value of $3,000,000. The City reserves the right to change the number of contracts and contract amount limits to be awarded. Selection for a master agreement does not guarantee that the selected companies will perform all or any portion of the described services, nor is the maximum contract dollar amount a guaranteed revenue source for any of the selected companies. Contractors are to submit proposals as specified and required in the RFQ package. Late submittals will not be considered. There is a 10% LBE subconsulting participation requirement.
