Site work for a development in Mary Esther, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.
*As of January 12, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.* The purpose is to obtain competitive pricing for riverbank stabilization by construction of wood revetment and other bank stabilization measures at the Little Gin Hole area of the Yellow River using tree materials from the proposed tree harvest locations and plantings per the plans and specifications, in accordance with the contract documents and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes. All work performed on this project shall be done in accordance with all Contract Documents referenced, attached to the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal advertisement, and contained therein, including those documents received as a result of the submission of the Confidentiality Exemption Form. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Digital submissions shall be deemed non-responsive and not accepted. The envelope shall be plainly marked on the outside with the solicitation number and the date and time of the solicitation opening. The Commission is not responsible for the opening of any envelopes that are not properly marked. Late submissions due to complications related to selected delivery services will not be accepted. Vendors must attend the entire mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit as a requirement of bid responsiveness. Small unmanned aircraft system use at the proposed project site is not allowed at any time during this solicitation. Any questions from bidders concerning the project that require an official answer must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager. Bidders or persons acting on their behalf may not contact, between the release of the solicitation and the end of the 72-hour period following the agency posting the notice of intended award, any employee or officer of the executive or legislative branch concerning any aspect of this solicitation, except in writing to the Procurement Manager or as provided in the contract documents. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response.
