Site work for a water / sewer project in Matteson, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for improvements at the Village of Matteson's Village Hall. The project is titled '2026 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Televising – MWRD High Priority Area.' Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Engineer, and the bid documents may be obtained electronically upon review of prequalification information. A certified check, bank draft, cashier's check or bid bond, not less than ten percent of the bid amount, is required with each proposal. A performance bond equal to one hundred percent of the bid amount with approved sureties must be furnished by the successful bidder. All bids must offer to furnish a bond upon acceptance. Bidders must meet prequalification requirements, and bid documents will only be issued to approved applicants. The Contractor must pay not less than the prevailing wage rates as established by the Illinois Department of Labor and comply with all applicable regulations. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, or solicit new proposals if deemed in the best interest. No work may begin until all required permits are obtained.
