Sealed bids are requested for roof repairs at Matteson Elementary School, Project No. 25132. A Performance and Payment Bond for the full contract amount and a Bid Security of 10% of the bid are required. Contractors must pay prevailing wage rates in compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, and all contractors and subcontractors must meet all requirements under this law, including wage, notice, and record-keeping duties.
