A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Bids can be hand delivered to the City of Vicksburg-City Clerk Office located on the second floor of City Hall (1401 Walnut Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39180) or mailed to the City Clerk Office at Post Office Box 150, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39182 or submitted via online. Bids received after the specified date and time will not be considered. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked SEALED BID: BEULAH TREE REMOVAL AND SAFETY PRUNING on the outside of the envelope. The envelope should also be marked with the bid opening date and time along with contractor name and address. Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for a term contract for the removal and safety pruning of trees located in the Beulah Cemetery. This contract is for the removal of trees that are identified by a white paint blaze or orange ribbon which are to be cut and removed from the cemetery. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
