Furnish all labor and materials and perform all work necessary for and incidental to the demolition of five primary and three secondary buildings located in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Submit a full and complete list of all proposed subcontractors and the class of work to be performed by each, which list shall not be altered without written consent. Contractors awarded a contract valued at $25,000 or more with Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation requirements must provide at least 25% of the contract base bid to City of Milwaukee certified SBE firms, participate in training on the Compliance Reporting and Certification System (CRCS), and report monthly payments in the system. All bid forms provided must be used. Bids will be awarded to the lowest, qualified, responsive, and responsible bidder on a per parcel basis. The Commissioner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in bidding. No discrimination is allowed as specified by city ordinance, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act is required. Retain records for seven years after final payment. Affidavit of Compliance/Disclosure of Participation in or Profits Derived from Slavery may be required if the company was established in or before 1865.
