Summary Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified consulting firm to design safety and capacity improvements along approximately 4.11 miles of Camp Ernst Road from KY 237 to KY 536. This corridor continues to experience increased traffic due to ongoing residential development, creating the need for multimodal roadway improvements to support vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians safely and efficiently. The selected consultant will lead preliminary roadway design, associated studies, cost estimation, public involvement support, and identification of utility and environmental impacts. Final roadway design and supplemental services may be added by contract modification as the project progresses. Question Deadline 12/12/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Question Response Deadline: December 15, 2025, 5:00pm Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such proposal may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled time of receipt of proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
