Boone County Fiscal Court requests bids from qualified and prequalified vendors to perform asphalt paving and resurfacing services for the Point Pleasant Road & County Road Resurfacing Project in Boone County, Kentucky. The project includes paving on Point Pleasant Road, Dry Creek Road, and additional county-maintained roadways, including all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and incidental work necessary to complete the project in accordance with Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Standard Specifications. Question Deadline 02/16/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this bid package must be submitted via online. Question Response Deadline February 18, 2026, 5:00pm Each bidder is required to submit a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any bid or to accept that bid which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such bid may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price.
