This RFP is for qualified vendors to provide services related to fiber infrastructure including design, build, project management, maintenance, and material procurement. The purpose of this RFP is to identify vendors with proven experience and capability to support current and future initiatives, including emergency response and complex outside plant (OSP) work. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled time of receipt of proposals.
