Anchorage Middletown Fire and EMS is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the development and construction of a new fire station at 14607 Old Taylorsville Road, Fisherville, Kentucky. The selected CMAR firm will provide comprehensive preconstruction services, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review, project scheduling, and overall construction management through project completion. Bidders must submit one original signed proposal, one additional hard copy, and/or one electronic copy in PDF format, clearly labeled as CMAR Proposal Station 36 Fisherville. Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM EST on January 6, 2026.
