Construction of approximately 33,270 feet of 8" and 10" waterline from Pittsylvania County to the VIR Racetrack water system in Halifax County. The project includes the waterline, a master meter vault, a PRV vault, two water crossings, and all related appurtenances. Question Deadline 12/31/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Section 00 31 05 Pre Bid Form to be completed and submitted 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening
