Remodeling of a medical facility in Salem, Ohio. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade medical facility.
**As of January 9, 2025 this project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. Estimated project cost is $850,000. Sealed bids are requested for the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the interior build-out of the Community Action Agency of Columbiana County, Inc. (CAACC) Health Care Facility in Salem, Ohio. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the project specifications, and all proposals must include required forms, affidavits, and bonds as specified. The project area will be accessible for examination and measurement prior to bid submission during a mandatory pre-bid conference. Each proposal must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check for 10% of the bid amount, as well as documents including a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Personal Property Delinquent Tax Affidavit, and a Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy. Bids from corporations not chartered in Ohio must have proper certification of authority to do work in Ohio. The CAACC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder in accordance with the methods and criteria specified. Question Deadline 12/15/2025 Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted by the Bidder in writing and shall be received by the Architect at leastseven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
