Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Braintree, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Massachusetts Port Authority (the Authority or Massport) is requesting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in entering into an agreement for facility management services for the Braintree Logan Express Facility (Braintree Facility), Danvers Logan Express Facility (Danvers Facility) and/or Framingham Logan Express Facility (Framingham Facility, and collectively, the Facilities). This Request for Proposals (this RFP) is being issued to secure the following services to be performed for each of the Facilities: (1) revenue collection for parking and bus operations, (2) operation of the Logan Express parking facilities, and (3) management and coordination of routine facility repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep of the terminal building and garage and/or parking lot areas. Written Questions Due 3:00 PM November 19, 2025 Responses to Written Questions Posted November 24, 2025 All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted to Massport on electronic. The Authority reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, for any reason, to withdraw this RFP at any time, This contract has an MBE/WBE goal of 1.4% of the contract's not to exceed amount.
