Renovation of a pipeline in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pipeline.
The Contractor shall furnish, replace, and install a natural gas line with meter and regulator for the generator at Haskell Indian Health Center in accordance with the provided drawings and statement of work. The work must meet all technical specifications and include an acceptable materials list. The period of performance is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The contractor is required to submit a firm fixed-price quote on the SF18 form along with a completed bid sheet, technical specifications, two relevant past performance examples, and a bid bond (SF24) for $35,000. If the award exceeds $35,000, performance (SF25) and payment (SF25A) bonds will also be required. Award amount is estimated to between $25,000 and $100,000.
