Purchase of 2,600 feet of 12-inch PVC SDR14 C900 Slip Joint Pipe, blue in color, in 20-foot lengths. PVC must meet the requirements of ASTM D1784, cell classification 12454-B, for PVC compounds, and AWWA C900 with cast iron pipe outside diameter for PVC pipe. Materials must be tested and approved for conveying potable water by NSF International. Pipe shall be marked with nominal pipe size, dimension ratio, AWWA pressure class, AWWA standard designation number, NSF 61 product certification seal verifying suitability for potable water service, extrusion production record code, and cell classification. PVC pipe must be blue in color and pressure rated at 200 psi with a dimension ratio (DR) of 14 as defined in AWWA C900.
