Site work and addition to a sidewalk / parking lot in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Smyrna is seeking quotations for the addition of a pedestrian signal at Old Nashville Highway and Hazelwood Drive. Bidders are required to submit sealed proposals using the prescribed format. Only licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee, in accordance with State regulations and the Tennessee Contractor's License law Section 62-6-119, are eligible to bid. Proposals must be received no later than the specified date and time and may be obtained at Smyrna Town Hall or from the town's website. Verbal quotations or those received after the closing date will not be considered. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or informalities, and accept any bid in the Town's best interest. All bidders must comply with non-discrimination requirements in the purchase of goods and services.
