Site work for a water / sewer project in Smyrna, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Smyrna will accept bids on the GOLF COURSE WATER LINE work will include: Tapping and connecting to an existing 24-inch water main, installing approximately 353 L.F. of 8-inch water line, 200 LF of 6-inch water line, 70 LF of 4-inch water line and installing a new 2-inch meter service assembly, reconnecting an existing service line, cutting and capping multiple sections of existing water line, installing multiple end-of-line fire hydrant assemblies, and abandonment of a section of the existing line within the Smyrna Municipal Airport property, along with all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The project shall be completed fully within FORTY-FIVE (45) consecutive calendar days. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. Bidders may be required to obtain a Smyrna Business License. Bids may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening. The Town of Smyrna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
