Completion of TTHM Treatment Stations 7 And 11 The completion of the City of Lemoore's TTHM Treatment Stations 7 and 11 project includes a comprehensive assessment of both facilities and the execution of all work items specified in the Bid Package and identified through the assessment. This includes completing the work indicated on the punch lists and facility plans provided. The project also involves operating and testing the various systems and processes within each facility, performing wet testing and startup, and conducting full commissioning of each plant to verify that all systems function as intended. Project Location: Water Treatment Station 7, located to the north of Lemoore College, off of Bush Street; and Water Treatment Station 11 located on the northeast comer of 18th Avenue and Glendale Avenue, City ofLemoore. Project Description: This project encompasses the full execution and completion of all work items specified in the facility plans and detailed in the itemized punchlists for the City of Visalia's Well Station 7 and Well Station 11 Water Treatment Plants. Scope of work includes performing all necessary labor; furnishing and installing all requiredmaterials, tags, instruments, and equipment; and carrying out all associated tasks to ensure each item is fully completed to specification. Additionally, the project includes the startup, operation, and testing of all systems and processes within each facility, culminating in the successful commissioning ofboth plants. The Contractor shall maintain close coordination with the City and its facility operations partner, Specialized Utility Services Program (SUSP), throughout the duration ofthe project. Completion of construction, startup and commissioning of Water Treatment Station 7 and Water Treatment Station 11. This includes, but is not limited to, addressing all punchlist items identified for each Station and ensuring that all treatment systems, facility areas, equipment, appurtenances, instrumentation, and controls are fully installed, operational, and compliant with the project plans, specifications, and the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
