Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sea Isle City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed proposals are requested for "PROMENADE LIGHTING PHASE 2, City of Sea Isle City, Cape May County, New Jersey - Project No. SIC0273." Proposals must use the standard forms and be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the bidder and the project name on the outside. A statement of Consent of Surety and either a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount (capped at $20,000) must accompany each proposal. A performance bond equal to the project's value is required from the successful bidder. The successful bidder must execute a contract and provide a surety bond approved by the City Solicitor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and adjust quantities as specified. Contract documents are available at the engineer's office upon notice and payment of a $100 non-refundable fee for a digital copy.
